Cancellations and fees

Bookings require a £20 deposit, balance to be paid on completion of work.

Rescheduling or Cancelling without 48-hour notice will incur a cancellation fee of £20.

Our operatives will wait a maximum of 25 minutes unless agreed by our head office to wait longer. Jobs will be cancelled after this time and cancellation fee applied.

Payments:

We take cash payments, card payments, PayPal payments and bank transfers (BACS)

If you are paying by cash, card, PayPal or bank transfer, receipts / invoices can be issued upon request. Either in paper form or electronically.

Refunds:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all work carried out. If you are not 100% satisfied we will do our best to put things right or offer you a full refund.

Weather:

If there is a sudden change in weather and you feel you cannot fulfil your booking please contact our office to reschedule the date.

Discounts, Codes or Gift Vouchers:

Discount codes and gift vouchers can only be used once per person and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months once purchased. If you require any longer please contact Head Office for more information.

Viruses

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmers and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
